I am not seeing my Parcel vouchers in my account

Kindly attempt logging out from our website and then logging back in. Afterward, navigate to your account page on the website, where you should find your Parcel vouchers. If this solution doesn't resolve the issue, please don't hesitate to submit a support ticket so we can further assist you.


We made an update to our account page, you can see a button that says "Reload my assets", if you don't see this then please refresh the page. If you still don't see your vouchers then, click the reload button.
